Emotional Freedom Technique, EFT and Hypnotherapy

EFT
Quick, Effective & Gentle Therapy
(Normally works when nothing else will)
The almost perfect therapy. Painless, Drug Free
and When Nothing Else Works!!

Have you got a physical pain that the doctors can not cure? Have you ever stopped to wonder if you may need to address your emotional issues first?

EFT is great for all your physical and emotional issues. This an effective and gentle therapy which works on the bodies meridan points. The client is required to tap on various meridian points on the body. EFT is like hypnotherapy but adds extra power to the process because it integrates the body's subtle energies.  Developed to cause the client as little stress as possible especially useful when dealing with trauma, PTSD, phobias, etc. Originally designed to speed up the process of psychotherapy. EFT can move issues with incrediable speed, cutting treatment time dramatically and it has lasting results. As EFT can progress very rapidly it is not uncommon for sessions to be over a period of 1.5 to 2 hours long. EFT is the most successfull therapy I have ever used. I specialise in treating Phobias and Sexual Trauma with EFT. EFT has a very effective technique called the "Tearless Trauma Technique" which is designed as a method where distress can usually be minimized or eliminated for the client.

Benefits of EFT

  1. No long, drawn out, "tell me your life story" feature to EFT.
  2. There are no pills needed
  3. No painfully reliving past traumatic events
  4. It does not take months or years.
  5. It takes a fraction of the usual therapy time.
  6. Results are normally permanent.
The Forest and Tree Metaphor

EFT works by breaking your issues into aspects and each aspect is then dealt with by a round of EFT. Hopefully this metaphor will help you understand this concept. Consider each of your specific issues as a tree in a forest. They might be refective of things from your past such as rejection, abuse, failures, fears, guilts etc. There may be hundreds of these issues (trees) making a thick forest. If you cut one of these trees (issues) down you still have not made much room in the forest. But what would happen if you cut down one tree per day? then the forest would have more room to move around, it would be a freer place to be. It would look different. You would not have to cut all the trees down in your forest because using EFT will neutralize most negative emotions relating to each issue. ie If you have a clump of 10 trees known as "abusive experiences" . Take the most intense tree in that clump first and work on it with EFT. Once you have cut down 3 or 4 trees you will normally find the remaining trees related to "abusive experiences" fall by themselves.

EFT over the phone

No spare time to visit a therapist or the person you want to use is miles away? Why not consider using EFT over the telephone. All you need to do is find yourself some free time, privacy and a telephone, arrange a convenient time and date. I will then telephone you. No travelling time or costs to worry about. You do not even have to be in the country!. The ultimate in convenience. Pay me by cheque after the session. No result - no fee!

Hypnotherapy
"Change those old beliefs or habits easily"

Hypnosis is a form of relaxation therapy which can help overcome numerous issues. Hypnosis enables the client to bypass their conscious mind and deal with the issues/problems being held in their sub concious mind. Once you have changed a thought or belief in your sub concious mind, your conscious mind can then put a new thought pattern to work straight away - immediately. Clients are always aware what is happening during an hypnosis session at all times. Most clients leave a hypnotherapy session feeling very relaxed. Hypnotherapy sessions are normally about 1 hour long. I often combine the use of EFT with hypnotherapy as I find this can speed up the progress of therapy for clients dramatically.

What can hypnotherapy be used for?

This is not an exhaustive list, but is designed to give you an idea of the range of conditions that can be helped by hypnotherapy.

Alcoholism

Asthma Past Life Regression
Confidence Phobias

Who can be hypnotised?

The answer to this question is undoubtedly “virtually everyone”. However, some people are more hypnotisable than others and that it will also depend upon your willingness to be hypnotised at the time. This willingness will itself depend upon a number of factors, not least of which will be the strength of a person’s particular need and their trust and confidence in the therapist. This means that even where a person feels that they have not been hypnotised, given time the desired outcome of therapy might yet materialise. Hypnotherapy can be extraordinarily effective if the time is right and the client is willing to work, then all (realistic) goals are achievable

Past Life Regression: How to Learn from the Lives You Have Lived

Have you got a past life? Have you ever felt the need to go back and find out who you were in another life/time? or do you just fancy a bit of fun seeing who you were in the past? This can be a very fascinating hypnotherapy session with practical implications.
Past lives: fact or fantasy? Past life regression therapy raises the important question of whether our spiritual evolution on earth is attained through successive incarnations. Many oriental cultures accept pre-existence and reincarnation in one form or another. Recently these beliefs are becoming increasingly popular also in the west. An alternative view that does not embrace the idea of reincarnation is that, in past life recall, a person's unconscious may be dipping into a universal memory bank, which Jung referred to as collective unconscious , and psychically may be drawing upon a story from the past which mirrors the person's own problems. A third possibility is that the unconscious mind may be making up a story, just like in a dream. Some people doubt the reality of their experience, suspecting that their story may be a product of their imagination. Others find themselves deeply immersed in the story, and the experience they report is felt to be authentic and real.

Past Life Regression normally last about 1.5 hours. You will be given a CD recording of the session to take away with you.
